Dear Painting Friends Worldwide,
Lately, I often find myself saying the phrase, “You just never know” as in “you just never know what will happen”. I have big hopes that seem improbable to my small mind, like gathering community to buy a seven hundred thousand dollar property in Oracle AZ for a creativity retreat. But really, “you just never know”. Right? When fear and doubt begin to creep in, saying “you just never know” reminds me of the magic which abounds in the universe. I pray and do rituals for my personal visions, healing for others, world peace and love. Prayer and positive thinking work.
My youngest son Josh wanted to get married and have children for many years dating many women. It was looking doubtful to him and others. I had hope. At 42 years old it happened when least expected and I have a new daughter in law and granddaughter, Gemma, who lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
I just got back from my fourth trip to Oracle, AZ (north of Tucson) and rented a house for a year where I will move in late November. From there I will plan, host you, collaborate and manifest the Source Retreat for us. This will be one of many worldwide destinations for hope, healing and creativity. In this one year temporary location there will be a studio to paint in, clean air, dark night skies and a bed for you. Would you like to come?
My marriage ended 42 years ago in Tucson and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would move back to that area. You just never know.
