Dear Painting Friends Worldwide,
“Did you ever imagine you would write a movie story?” asked my friend Liz. “No”, and then I continued, “not until 23 years ago when I realized that a movie was the best way to get a healing message to the world”. So I am finally writing the ultimate ”Hero’s Journey” movie to inspire world cooperation and Love. I have no studies or specific experience in storytelling or movie making, but fantastical deeply moving ideas and visions are downloading through me … all the details are falling into place. SYNCHRONICITY. NO ACCIDENTS, NO MISTAKES. Yes, years of being a mother, painter, dancer, yogi, teacher, spiritual practitioner, psychoanalyst (with Jungian and Gestalt studies/influence), delving into my own and others’ internal landscape, unconscious and collective unconscious realms plus facilitating creativity the world over, prepares me to write an inspiring movie. SYNCHRONICITY. NO ACCIDENTS, NO MISTAKES.
BUT IT IS THE PAINTING FROM THE SOURCE EXPERIENCE WITH YOU OVER THE PAST 35 YEARS WHICH MOST PREPARES ME TO MAKE A MOVIE, … OUR CHANNELING MIRACULOUS BEINGS AND STORIES ONTO THE EMPTY PAPER, AND PERSONALLY LIVING SPECTACULAR TRANSFORMATIONAL DRAMAS AS THEY UNFOLD IN THE PAINTING TEMPLE. THIS EXPERIENCE NOW FEEDS MY IMAGINATION AND POWER OF STORY, GIVING EXPRESSION TO THIS POWERFUL MOVIE DRAMA …. SYNCHRONICITY. NO ACCIDENTS, NO MISTAKES.

For over four decades, in every season, worldly location and hour, I have been blessed to witness your tens of thousands of magical soul imageries emerge from the empty paper … images/colors painted over, lawyered and reappear renewed … paintings organically grow and expand … paper added … unlimited. The creative process itself is the hero’s journey, ..birth, death, and rebirth… All aspects of the divine and demonic… wizards and witches, tree nymphs and tetradactyl, wild aliens, colorful serpents, majestic queens …. UNLIMITED EXPRESSION. Every form of plant, landscape, sentient beings … colors, forms/scenes, visions … from beneath the deepest waters, above the most distant galaxies, exploding colors or all black, red or white …whirling, scratched, splattered, hand and finger painting, explosive and gentle. ..brush strokes with passion, blood, sweat, and tears … slow and mindful. Transformation on the paper and mirrored in your face, your body. As a tribe we evolve together, our paintings calling to each other. All souls emerge from the empty paper. SYNCHRONICITY, NO ACCIDENTS, NO MISTAKES. PASSION. EROS.
MOST PEOPLE DO NOT realize that during the PFTS process, there is a time when we each become our paintings, … we allow the painting to take over our body and make the sounds and movements which our painting would express if they had a human body. With the group as our witness, we dance, whirl, grovel, stomp, scream, roar, screech, sing, whistle, laugh and cry …or posture in silence and slow motion … as we become our paintings … sometimes with our tribe mates as chorus, we make the most amazing real-life drama and transformations, crying, laughing, shaking, roaring, making spontaneous poetry and music together. We re-enact the creation of life and death together. Much healing and transformation happens. In the workshops, I live my own hero’s journey in the flesh and get to live your journey as well,… thousands of times, over all the years. THE CAULDRON GETS STIRRED. THE BREW AMBROSIA. BEWITCHING. I never tire of this teaching … what will be revealed next? Always more. So generous is life.

Well, no wonder I can write a soul-touching Hero’s Journey movie story. Life has prepared me well. SYNCHRONICITY, NO ACCIDENTS NO MISTAKES. PASSION. EROS. SEE MOVIE POWER POINT!

Your contributions will be used toward the development budget for the screenplay; such as 1. Gathering film industry feedback, 2. payment for the producer-writer fee, 3. travel to markets to pitch the movie, 4. submitting the project to writing labs, and 5. developing collateral material such as video teaser and social media presence.
